It started as four walls and no ceiling.
The Back Abbey opened in June 2008. Before it came to life at its original location, the building was little more than four dilapidated walls of a historic structure dating back to the early 1900s — no ceiling, no windows, just potential.
What began as a passion for bold flavors and exceptional Belgian beer has grown into a culinary, beer and cocktail destination.
Much like the menu, the goal has always been to put a thoughtful, unexpected spin on the familiar — meant to be shared with great company.
